Are the jewellery of schikimki suitable for allergy sufferers?
The earrings, necklaces and bracelets are all nod-free making it suitable for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers.

For all items from schikimikki, there is no right of return or exchange for hygienic reasons.

Switzerland : below 40.00 CHF Total order 3.00 CHF shipping fee, from 40.00 CHF free order value.
Germany : shipping costs 10.00 CHF.
Is there a schikimikki shop, or a showroom?
No, unfortunately not yet! Currently there is schikimki only in online store on the website.
I bought a gift voucher, when and how do I receive the coupon code?
Once the payment of the invoice amount is booked, you will receive an email about the completion of the purchase process.
In this e-mail there is a download link for your PDF with the voucher code.
Depending on the payment method, the delivery of the voucher code may vary. This is usually done within 12 to 24 hours.
If you did not receive the e-mail download link after three working days at the latest, please send an e-mail message stating the order number to staypretty-schikimki.ch .
And please first look in your SPAM folder whether the e-mail with the download link was released there if necessary!
Can I also use a voucher code several times, e.g. if the amount of an order is lower than the voucher value?
No, the total amount of your order may not be lower than the value of the voucher amount.
Can I withdraw the voucher value in cash?
No, a cash payout is not possible.
How long is a voucher valid?
Each voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If it is not used during this period, the amount will be forfeited without compensation.
An extension of the validity is not possible at any time.
Are there also vouchers with individually desired amounts?
Yes, of course! You are welcome to contact us via e-mail at staypretty-schikimikki.ch and ask for a coupon code for the online shop and please do not forget to indicate the amount.
